Questions, answered
How long will it last on skin?
Every Casorro fragrance is built at 20–22% natural dosage, which is extrait strength. A standard eau de parfum sits at roughly 15–18%. More oil and less alcohol means the scent develops more slowly and stays on skin longer — expect around [X–Y] hours.
It does vary by person. Dry skin holds fragrance for less time than oily skin, and applying to moisturised skin will noticeably extend it. Warmer weather lifts a fragrance faster; cooler weather keeps it closer and longer.
What does 20–22% natural dosage mean?
It's the proportion of perfume oil in the bottle, with the rest being alcohol. The higher the concentration, the richer the scent and the longer it holds.
Concentration alone isn't the whole story, though. Two other steps matter as much:
Three-month maturation. The blended oils rest before alcohol is introduced, letting the composition settle and the raw edges soften.
Two-month maceration. Once blended with alcohol, it rests again so everything integrates properly.
Five months from blend to bottle. Skipping those steps is what makes a fragrance smell sharp on the opening and thin on the dry-down.
How should I apply it?
Two sprays at the pulse points on the neck, one on the chest. That's enough at this concentration — more and it becomes heavier than intended.
One thing that genuinely matters: don't rub your wrists together after spraying. The friction and heat break up the top notes before they've opened, which shortens the whole wear. Spray and leave it.
Applying to moisturised skin, or spraying onto clothing as well as skin, will both extend how long it lasts.
What if the scent doesn't suit me?
We can't accept returns based on scent preference — once a bottle has been opened and worn it can't be resold. Better you know that upfront.
Fragrance genuinely smells different on different people, so give it a full day before deciding. The dry-down is the part you'll wear most, and it's rarely what you smell in the first ten minutes.
Damaged or defective on arrival is covered. Email support@casorro.com within 48 hours with photos and an unboxing video.
Where are Casorro fragrances made?
In our own facility. Most fragrance brands in India buy finished juice from a third-party supplier and put their own label on it. We're a manufacturing house first — every Casorro fragrance is composed, matured, macerated and bottled by us.
That also means we control what goes in. Grain-based alcohol, which sprays smoother and diffuses more cleanly than standard denatured alcohol. No phthalates or triclosan.
How should I store it?
Keep it in its box, somewhere cool and dark. Light and heat degrade perfume oils, and the higher the concentration, the more there is to lose.
The bathroom is the worst place in the house for it — temperature and humidity swing every time you shower. A drawer or wardrobe shelf is far better than a windowsill or a dressing table in direct sun.
Stored properly and kept sealed, it holds its character for years. Once opened, it's at its best within about two to three years.
